Dr. Joshua Woodard is the Founder and CEO of Ag-Analytics®. His work focuses primarily on risk and policy issues in agricultural finance and risk management with special emphasis on spatial data analysis, weather risk, and large scale data analytics. He has developed several crop insurance products currently sold in the market. He has published in a wide variety of journals in agricultural finance and economics, risk management, and insurance, and is also an authorized expert reviewer underwriter for the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation.
Vince Mattson is the son of Carl and Janice Mattson. He is a 2001 Ag-Business graduate from Montana State University, with a year of studying at Virginia Tech. Following graduation, Vince returned home to assist with the management of Mattson Farms. Shortly after his return, he added his own farm corporation, Paragon Grain, Inc. In 2006, Vince took on the primary responsibilities including the marketing of our products, cropping recommendations, management of field operations, management of employees, and day-to-day activities. Vince is a 2007 of The Executive Program for Agricluture Producers (TPAP) from Texas A&M. He is also the Liberty-Hill-Blaine County President for the American Farm Bureau Federation.
Kim Arrigo earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University from the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources in 1982 (Dairy Science), and earned her juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991 and is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia. From 1991 through December 2018, Ms. Arrigo practiced law with the United States Department of Agriculture Office of the General Counsel, providing legal assistance and advice to the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation and Risk Management Agency related to the Federal crop insurance program.
David Muth is the Managing Partner for Alternative Equity Advisors, the capital deployment affiliate for Peoples Company. David is an entrepreneur building businesses that focus on agriculture data service technologies, creating economic opportunities from sustainability and soil health focused management, and creating innovative land acquisition strategies that deliver improved investment returns. David maintains a daily presence in production agriculture through his farming operation that works with his family farming business where he grew up in North Central Iowa.
Carl graduated from Montana State University graduate with a BS Agriculture Production. Born and raised on a farm 15 miles of north of Chester, he returned there to pursue his career as a wheat producer. Carl has worked on staff with the Montana Grain Grower Association as their Conservation and Farm Programs Associate and he is currently working on the staff at the Montana Stock Growers Association as a Policy and Conservation Consultant.
